Beachy and bright cottage located right by Holland State Park, Lake Macatawa, bike baths and beaches. All main floor living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Living area with vaulted ceiling and skylights opens to private deck with gas grill and outdoor dining space. Roomy kitchen features plenty of room to gather and prepare your favorite meals. Bring your go to coffee blend and wake up to your favorite brew with either the regular drip or Keurig.

Enjoy the breakfast nook with expandable table and built in bench. Cozy bedroom off kitchen has full daybed and trundle and additional guest room offers a queen bed. Both bedrooms share a full bath. Master bedroom has king bed and en suite bath with large walk in shower.

THE LOCATION

Location is everything and this cottage is perfectly situated to take advantage of all the lake shore has to offer! Take a short walk to Holland State Park and enjoy a day on the sandy shoreline. Venture out to the iconic Big Red lighthouse. Try your hand at pier fishing or join the regulars along the channel while watching the boats travel out to the Big Lake. Rent kayaks or paddle boards on Lake Macatawa and explore the Holland coastline from the water view.

Bike rentals are available locally as well and there are miles of bikes paths traveling along the lake shore. Nearby Riley Trails offer marked paths for hiking and mountain biking.

Award-winning downtown Holland is just a 10-15 minute drive and offers a wide variety of shopping, dining, breweries and entertainment. Grand Haven is another perfect spot for a day trip and just under 30 minutes away.

There is space for up to 2-3 vehicles in the driveway.

CANCELATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
