Industrial inspired kitchen features soapstone counters, farmhouse sink, stainless appliances and gas range. Enjoy dinners on the spacious screened porch or cozy built in dining area with wetbar. Enjoy grilling out on the back porch with wooded views. Spread out in not one but 2 separate living spaces. Full bath with walk in shower and additional bath with claw foot tub and a laundry room complete this floor. Four bedrooms and a half bath are upstairs. There is an additional 1/2 bath located on this floor as well for convenience.

There is space for three to four vehicles on the right side of the home.

THE LOCATION

Beaches are just a short walk down the hill from the cottage. Downtown Grand Haven and the pier are also a pleasant walk. Enjoy the famous ‘Musical Fountains’ located on the north shore of the Grand River. Stroll along the boardwalk and watch the boats pass by as they enter Lake Michigan. Grab a meal or your favorite cocktail at the variety of dining options nearby or spend the day exploring the shops and galleries along main street.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and emergency maintenance services.
