The main floor bedroom offers a queen bed and access to a full bath. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed and separate twin bed and two additional guest rooms each have a twin over full bunk. These upper-level bedrooms share a full bath.

THE LOCATION
This cottage is within walking distance to private association Lake Michigan Beach access as well as use of the association tennis courts.

Pigeon Lake is also a popular spot for boating, fishing and kayaking and directly accessible from the cottage. Grand Haven is just a 15-minute drive away and provides endless dining, shopping and entertainment options – home as well to Grand Haven State Park with sandy beaches and access to the channel.

PARKING
There is space for 6 vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
