The home is close to a number of other beaches great for daytime swimming or evening sunset-watching. Wind down in roomy 8 person hot tub!

Cabin Retreat features all new furnishings in an airy living space near its open-concept kitchen. A loft overlooks the bright main living area for an added feel of togetherness. Its finished basement provides yet another hangout area for unwinding, gameplaying, or enjoying a movie together. The home has two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and a loft area with a twin trundle and twin daybed, comfortably sleeping ten people.

Your comfort and convenience is our priority, so Cabin Retreat is air-conditioned, includes three TVs, and has wifi throughout the home. Step outside to find great yard space, a fire pit, and a large upper-level deck complete with a dining area for breakfast, lunch, and dinner alike. The driveway has room for four cars.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code.
