This unit is nestled in a quiet private building, with a private driveway and street parking available. It offers everything needed for a relaxing getaway in town, including a fully stocked kitchen and dining area, outdoor patio, queen bed and full bathroom, and more. Whether you are looking to stay in or adventure to the nearby attractions, this unit is perfect for your stay!

Guest Access:
· Full 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit with a queen bed and full bathroom
· Parking in the driveway of the building, or parking available on the street
· Coin-operated laundry room available in the basement of the building.
· Fully stocked kitchen and dining area

Check-In Time: 4pm
Check Out Time: 10am

Note:
This is a second-story suite so be aware there are stairs to climb to get to it.

PARKING
Parking is first come first served in either of the driveways next to the building, or first come first served street parking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
