This popular vacation town has been an artists enclave for decades and you will enjoy the creative influence seen in the shops and restaurants lining the streets and waterfront. Spend some time on the channel enjoying your favorite beverage and watch the boats as they travel to and from the big lake or take advantage of local rentals and plan your own sightseeing tour.

PARKING

There are parking spaces in front of the condo unit. Please limit your vehicles to two.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW-Unsalted Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours maintenance service.
