Freshwater Cove

“Freshwater Cove” is a wonderfully located condo in Harbor Village. Harbor Village borders the sandy shores of Lake Michigan and features so many fun amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool, volleyball court, playgrounds, fire pit, manmade lake for swimming and fishing, and more. The opportunities are endless!

Inside the condo, you will find a spacious master bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en suite bath featuring a large tub and separate glass shower. The guest bedroom also has a queen-size bed. There is a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room as well.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you may need. Other amenities available for your enjoyment include a gas fireplace, wifi, and two private decks. Please note that wireless internet is provided as well as a Smart TV which will allow you to sign in to your streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon TV, etc. There is no basic cable provided at this unit*

The Harbor, indoor/outdoor pools, and spacious side yard are right outside the condo.

PARKING

Up to two vehicles are allowed in the parking lot on the east side of the building.

THE LOCATION

Enjoy bike rides around Manistee or drive to Onekama along a scenic route with a bike lane the entire way. The Little River Casino is 5 miles away and provides excellent dining, entertainment, and of course, gambling. The nearby Manistee River is great for kayak and canoe trips. Several inland lakes are within 30 minutes for fishing, tubing, or water skiing. For winter lovers, miles of snowmobile trails are in the area, and Caberfae and Crystal Mountain ski resorts are within 30 minutes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
– 100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
– 50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
– No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.

Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation. Thank you for your cooperation!
