Additional living space is tucked away with flat screen tv and additional seating. Amazing cantilevered deck leads out over the wooded ravine where you can view deer and wildlife while enjoying your morning coffee. Main floor master has king bed and en suite bath featuring a walk in shower and double sinks. Bunk room with twin over full bunk is located on the main floor as well as an additional full bath with vintage clawfoot tub.

Upstairs you will find a soaring loft space complete with two full beds and lounge area. Tucked away in an eave you will discover an additional cozy sleeping space with a twin bed. A full bath is located on this floor as well with amazing vintage tiled walk-in shower.

Wander to the lower level and enjoy an additional family room with farmhouse table perfect for art and crafts and games or curl up and catch up on your favorite show in the additional tv area. Two beautifully appointed bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with two twins can be found off a separate wing and provide private sleeping areas with wooded views. Baldy’, just steps away or catch the chain ferry across the Kalamazoo River to downtown Saugatuck and spend the day shopping and dining at the wide variety of creative and eclectic options. Live music and performances are scheduled to resume this season and the Saugatuck Center for the Arts offers outdoor concerts and movie nights. Venture just a short drive to nearby Fennville and take a tour at Fenn Valley or Modales Winery, or spend an afternoon exploring the tasting room at Virtue Cider, located on a working farm. Rent a boat at nearby Retro Boat Rentals and spend a day exploring the coastline. Grab a cocktail and watch the boats as they travel to and from Lake Michigan.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
