INSIDE THE HOME

You will love this beautiful, well-appointed condo with balcony access from the living room, master bedroom and the loft area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and has an open floor plan with a living room and dining area. A master bedroom is down the hallway to the left and has a King bed and en suite master bath with a tub/shower combination.

Down the hallway to the right is a guest bedroom with a set of twin beds. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is conveniently located just outside the guest bedroom.

Upstairs you will find a spacious loft area with an additional full bath with a stand up-shower. Plenty of sleeping space with a Queen bed and Twin bunk beds.

OUTSIDE

Enjoy an evening people watching or taking in a sunset on the private balcony, or enjoy the common areas on the rooftop deck on the third floor.

This home sleeps 8. All bed linens and bath linens are provided.

EATING

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. A standard drip coffee pot is provided. The kitchen snack bar has 4 bar stools, the kitchen table will seat 4.

THE LOCATION

Located in the retail space below the condos are a dry cleaner, ice cream shop, and upscale restaurant. Just a few feet in either direction is a bakery, coffee shop, and several fast food restaurants. Conveniently located off US 31 and only minutes by car or a short walk to downtown Grand Haven, there is plenty to do with parks, marinas, beaches, shopping and restaurants nearby. Take a walk on the boardwalk along the channel out to the Grand Haven Lighthouse and make sure you schedule a day to spend at the beach, playing in the sand and splashing in the waves-you will love the beautiful Grand Haven beach!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will be refunded if canceled 30 days or more prior to check-in. Any cancellations within 30 days of check-in will not be refunded. There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor.
