This cottage has been recently updated and offers a main floor bedroom and full bath and 2 additional bedrooms on the second floor with 1/2 bath. Enjoy your morning coffee or family cookout in the private courtyard. Perfect spot for your summer plans!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

PARKING

There is space for up to two vehicles. Guests are responsible for finding parking in an alternate location for any additional cars.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Rentals. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
