Come create priceless family vacation memories in this 3 BR, 2.5 BA cottage perched just up from the Grand Haven channel. The channel is within sight and the beach and downtown are within walking distance. It even comes with access to the shared association pool – a rare find in the heart of Grand Haven. Family and friends of all ages will love what “Lake Effect” has to offer.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

This cottage will have you feeling right at home. On the main floor, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with a large island fitted with 3 bar stools, a dining room table with seating for 6, and a living room that leads you to the outdoor balcony. Enjoy the breeze from the channel as you grill or simply take in the summer serenity. Additionally on this floor is the master suite, laundry room, and half bath.

The kids are going to love their upstairs bedroom. It’s a game room and bedroom all in one! It features a comfy sectional, large flat-screen TV, and a game table. You will also find a guest bedroom and full bath on this upstairs floor.

SLEEPING

This cottage sleeps 10. Bed linens are provided.

Master Bedroom (on main): Queen bed and en suite bathroom with double sinks
Bedroom #2 (second floor): Queen bed
Bedroom #3 (second floor): 2 twin beds with trundles
Living room (on main): Queen sofa sleeper

Check-In Time: 4pm
Check Out Time: 10am

THE LOCATION

Walk the boardwalk to the beach for the sunset or head east to check out Chinook Pier, the farmers market, splash pad, and the art fairs. Or grab a chair and head down to the large grassy area by the channel and watch the famous musical fountain show or holiday fireworks. It’s a two-block walk to downtown with its many restaurants, shopping, Central Park, and so much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We’ll send you all the information you need including directions, lockbox codes, and instructions so you’ll be ready to rest, relax and rejuvenate!

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy. Please note that guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking.
