Step outside onto the expansive deck, perfect for sunset dinners or morning coffee with the sound of the waves. A private sun deck connects to stairs leading to a private, sandy beach. A main floor primary ensuite bedroom features a king bed and spacious bath with soaking tub and walk in shower. An additional half bath and laundry room complete this floor.

The upper level provides not only additional guest rooms but a family room with ample comfortable seating, lake views and a flat screen tv, perfect for winding down at the end of a busy day. You will also find a guest room with a queen bed and lake views, a guest room with two twin beds and a twin trundle. These bedrooms share a full bath. There is an additional spacious bedroom with a king bed, twin bed and ensuite full bath and lake views.

The lower level features a bonus theatre room and bar with kitchenette – plan a special movie night complete with snacks and your favorite beverages. An additional bedroom on this level features a king bed. There is also a full bath with a tiled walk-in shower.

Located just minutes from Downtown Grand Haven you will enjoy exploring the wide variety of dining, shopping and entertainment options. Grand Haven State Park features 48 acres of sandy shoreline and designated swimming beach. Jet ski and paddle board rentals are conveniently located for the adventurous travelers in your group. Holland is also just a 15 minute drive and features it’s own variety of fine dining, coffee shops and a first class downtown shopping district.

PARKING
There is space for 6 to 10 vehicles. Please note that the garage is not available for use.

Check-Out Time: 10 am
*Please note that early check-ins and late checkouts are not available.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
