Take advantage of the bike paths that run the length of South Shore drive along the lake and connect all the way to downtown Holland where you can enjoy fine dining, award winning local breweries, shopping and the Thursday night street performers series. Saugatuck/Douglas is just a 15 drive as well and this vintage artists community offers it’s own flair and great selection of dining, shopping and sight seeing.

We provide all linens, bath and beach towels professionally laundered off site as well as any amenities we can provide to help assure you have a great stay.

CANCELATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW-Unsalted Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours emergency maintenance services.
