The main house is all one level – two separate bedrooms each feature a king bed and thoughtful amenities. A bunk room with two sets of twin bunks comfortably accommodates four kids. A full bath with new tile and tub/shower combination is conveniently located for all bedrooms.

Enjoy cooking for your friends and family? You will truly appreciate the thoughtfully designed kitchen. Stainless appliances, fully stocked cookware, granite counters and plenty of prep space will make meals a breeze to enjoy at the attached dining area. Again, all brand new this year.

Gather in the living room and enjoy catching up on your favorite shows with the double sofas and flat screen tv and wifi while enjoying the never-ending Lake Michigan views. The gas fireplace is the perfect spot to curl up next to in the cool of the night. Wander out to the spacious deck located off the living area and take in the spectacular Lake Michigan views – enjoy a cocktail on the deck at sunset or wake up to a stroll right on the waters edge.

The separate guest house has also been fully renovated while paying homage to the cottage’s history. Knotty pine and original hardwood floors combine original character while offering updated amenities.

Perfect for the additional guests looking for a bit more privacy, this cozy space features a king bed, sitting area, full kitchenette, half bath and private patio.

Fully restored, the private beach has direct access by stairs and one of a kind retractable gangplank leading directly to the clear Lake Michigan waters. Enjoy the miles of views from your private frontage. Gather around the firepit or enjoy dinner on the deck cooked on the new gas grill.

Kids (and adults) are going to spend hours in the custom play area. This deluxe playset has all the bells and whistles and is conveniently located within view of both cottages so kids can play safely while the adults relax.

THE LOCATION

This enchanted property is located just a short drive to both Tunnel Park and Holland State Park, both known for their expansive sandy beach. Lake Macatawa connects to Lake Michigan near the State Park and here you can rent kayaks, paddleboards and jet skis. Enjoy a walk to the iconic Big Red lighthouse and watch the boats as they travel to and from the Big Lake. Rent bikes locally as well and enjoy the miles of bike paths connecting along the shoreline.

Award winning Downtown Holland is just a short drive and features a wide array of dining, shopping, breweries and cafes. The Thursday night street performers series is back this year and will delight all ages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels as well as a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours emergency maintenance.
