The 2-story residence features 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Downstairs includes a spacious living area with a large kitchen, TV viewing spot, and dining area, plus a private bedroom with a king-size bed and full bath with double sink vanity. Head upstairs to find an inviting seating area with a decorative fireplace (not for guest use), beautiful rustic wood-accented sunporch, and 3 additional bedrooms. The bedrooms offer wonderful versatility for any type of group with 1 full bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twins, a single twin bedroom, and there is also a lovely daybed on the sunporch.

With access to 600 feet of private Lake Michigan beach just a short walk from the property, outdoor living couldn’t be better. After time at the lake, grill up a delicious dinner on the cabin’s gas BBQ grill and serve alfresco on the picnic table. Then once the sun sets engage in some serious stargazing while snuggling around the firepit.

Rest assured that while every room in the cabin is styled with classic rustic charm, guests will still enjoy the modern conveniences today’s traveler demands including Wi-Fi for virtual commuting or studies and streaming smart TV. THE LOCATION

There are several public parks in the area to explore, including Kirk Park, Olive Shores Park, and Ottawa County Parks Nature Education Center. For golf enthusiasts, American Dunes Golf Course and Pigeon Creek Golf Course are only 5 to 10 minutes away. When it’s time to venture further, head down south to Holland State Park on the Lake Macatawa channel where you can enjoy watching the boats sail by or view the iconic ‘Big Red’ lighthouse. Or head north to Grand Haven State Park, walk the pier and enjoy the ‘Musical Fountain’. In either direction, you will find endless options for dining, shopping, breweries, and entertainment. Bike trails are abundant in this area including a bike path adjacent to the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW-Unsalted Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all linens, bath, and beach towels plus a starter supply of cleaning and paper products and amenities as well as 24/7 emergency maintenance services.
