Location, location, location. That cliche rings true with this private home which sits directly across the street from Grand Haven State Park. It is located upon a small hill giving incredible panoramic views of Lake Michigan, the park, the pier, lighthouse, channel, and more! Located just down the boardwalk from Downtown, it’s also an easy walk into town to visit the many restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Relax on the deck or the private terraced patio, and enjoy the views, or relax in the home itself with those same views visible from the kitchen and the living room.

INSIDE THE HOUSE
The home has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and a comfortable and spacious living room with huge windows facing towards the lake and state park beach. There is an attached one stall garage which is perfect for storing bikes, beach chairs, toys, and can fit one vehicle.

SLEEPING
The cottage sleeps 4 people, 2 in each of the bedrooms.

EATING
The dining room table in the kitchen is the ideal spot for a meal with a view!

PARKING
There is space for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles. There is space for one vehicle in the garage.

THE LOCATION
The home sits directly across from Grand Haven State Park with unobstructed views and quick and easy access to all that Grand Haven has to offer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.
