INSIDE THE HOME

The Sand Castle Unit 1 is the lower unit of the house: This adorable unit will have you enjoying your vacation the moment you walk in the door. With main floor living including two bedrooms, a master with a King bed and the 2nd bedroom with a twin over a queen bunk bed, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and an open kitchen/Living Area. Plenty of room for everyone!

OUTSIDE

Just a quick walk down the quiet street and you will be on the spacious, beautiful, sandy Pere Marquette Beach! Everyone will enjoy swimming in the lake, walking the Pier, and catching a beautiful nightly sunset! Conveniently located within walking distance to the popular restaurants “The Deck” and “Dockers”, both feature regular live music and large outdoor seating areas for great evening entertainment.

The home has a beautiful yard and is located in a quiet beach neighborhood. A picnic table is located outside the home and a gas grill is available for backyard bbq.

Parking: There is parking available for 2 cars in the driveway for Unit 1

SLEEPING

This home sleeps 7. All bed linens and bath linens are provided.

EATING

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. A dining table along with a snack bar is located in the kitchen and a standard drip coffee pot is provided.

Check Out Time: 10am

THE LOCATION

Located in Muskegon, less than 10 miles from downtown Muskegon- the new and upcoming downtown area with plenty of bar and restaurant options, you will not be at a loss for fun! Pere Marquette Beach and Lighthouse are steps away with a beautiful boardwalk and area parks. A short drive north brings you to Northern Michigan destinations like Silver Lake, Pentwater, and Ludington. A 10-mile drive south you will find highly acclaimed Grand Haven, a fun beach community with shopping, restaurants, splash pads, marinas, and a beautiful boardwalk to the Grand Haven Pier. There is no shortage of beauty and things to do here!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee and VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
