Built in 1925, this cottage features knotty pine throughout, updated bathrooms and kitchen and beautiful waterfront views. Spacious main floor living space opens to beautiful large deck right on Lake Michigan – perfect for enjoying picturesque Lake Michigan sunsets. Family room and plenty of dining space complete this floor.

All bedrooms are on the upper level – Master bedroom has a king bed and lake views, additional guest rooms has king bed and 2 bunks rooms with 3 twins each provide space for kids or extra guests. There is a full bath on the main floor and upper level as well.

Extra guest space can be found in the finished studio space located above the detached garage. Sleeping for 4 includes a king bed, 2 twins and a full bath. Unwind in the vintage hanging chair!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
– 100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
– 50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
– No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.
