Two bedrooms are located on the main floor – a guest room with a queen bed and a kids’ space with amazing log bunk beds. These bedrooms share a main floor full bath with a tiled shower/tub combo. The primary bedroom is tucked away on the upper level and features a king bed and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The upstairs landing creates another great space to unwind with a TV, fold-out twin sleeper chairs, and a dedicated workspace overlooking the wooded landscape.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

– 100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
– 50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
– No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens, and much more.
