Over 3000 square feet of open living space with three floors of bedroom retreats and adorable custom kids bunkroom with playhouse. Main floor offers multiple living spaces, sunny sitting room, open dining area and cooks kitchen with stainless appliances. Main floor king bedroom has vaulted ceiling and extra windows to let in plenty of sun. Full bath with shower located on main floor as well. Upper level master has king bed, sliders opening to private deck and beautiful full bath with custom walk in shower. Two more bedrooms with queen beds complete this floor and share an additional full bath. The lower level is a kids dream – they won’t want to leave the custom playhouse, dual bunk beds and family room with flat screen TV. There is an additional queen bedroom on this level.

Want to take a break from the beach? No worries with the amazing outdoor space – Beautiful screened in gazebo, play structure, fire pit, custom landscaping and patio with gas grill and dining space create a perfect oasis for every member of the family!

Enjoy dining and shopping at Award winning downtown Holland. Rent bikes and travel the miles of bike paths leading to Lake Macatawa and Holland State Park. Paddleboard and Kayak rental available as well.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee ) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code.
