This single story cottage provides easy main floor access. Three bedrooms each provide a queen size bed and share a full bath. The kitchen opens to the roomy living and dining area with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the sunny view from the wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceiling.

Outside, you’ll find an inviting front porch perfect for lounging while basking in the sunshine, enjoying your morning coffee or winding down a day of exploring with your favorite cocktail. Gas grill and picnic table are provided for your favorite food.

PARKING
Parking is available for four to six vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
– 100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
– 50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
– No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of cleaning and paper products, as well as 24/7 emergency maintenance. Let a BVW escape artist help with your reservation today.
