Four comfortable bedrooms ensure everyone has their own private sanctuary to unwind after a day of exploration. All located on the main floor, you will find a bedroom with two twin beds and an additional guest room with one queen. These bedrooms have access to a full bath complete with a tub/shower combo. In addition, there is a primary bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bath, and an additional sleeping area with two twin beds. An additional full bath can be found on the lower level.

Multiple living areas offer flexibility for socializing or finding a quiet corner to catch up on emails or your favorite book. The cozy sitting area connected to the kitchen creates a perfect spot for morning coffee while enjoying the view of the sunny backyard space. A separate spacious dining area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather for a lazy brunch or family dinner. The lower level is designed to be the perfect hangout for kids or adults alike, with plenty of spaces to lounge for movie night or game night.

This home offers a spacious and private backyard complete with multiple decks and an outdoor kitchen. Whether you’re grilling up a feast or simply basking in the fresh air, this outdoor space is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, as well as a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and emergency maintenance services. CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy. Please note that guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking.
