Located in Harbor Village which features outdoor amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools and jacuzzis, an exercise facility, private harbor, pirate ship playground, sand volleyball court, BBQs, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

This condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loft area has a twin bed with a trundle bed; comfortably sleeps 6.

Just a short walk from Manistee beach which has its own playground and tennis courts as well as a snack bar with restrooms. It has everything you’ll need to enjoy a wonderful family day at the beach!

PARKING

There is one dedicated space immediately in front of the condo, and three shared spaces in front, closer to the road. Please limit to 2 vehicles, additional vehicles will need to park elsewhere.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
– 100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
– 50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
– No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We’ll send you all the information you need, including directions, lockbox codes, and instructions, so you’ll be ready to rest, relax, and rejuvenate!
