Relax in the hot tub or unwind on multiple-level decks while soaking in panoramic lake views that stretch endlessly into the horizon.

PARKING
There is space for four cars in the driveway and two more in the garage.

THE LOCATION
West Olive is just north of Holland and south of Grand Haven, MI. This home has easy access to both communities along with the shops and restaurants that pepper each.

CANCELLATION POLICY
– 100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
– 50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
– No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. “This house was delightful! It was clean and welcoming for our family of 6. We could gather in the great room for family time or spread out for own individual time. The bottom level was great for games (for the older teenagers)! And while the host doesn’t guarantee the weather, it was a lovely warm weekend for the beach/swimming. The views of Lake Michigan and sunsets are absolutely breathtaking! Relaxing in the hot tub was nice at the end of the day. If we needed anything from town or wanted to order food, Holland was a short 15 minuted drive. It was all around an amazing trip and we can’t wait to return. We missed it the minute we left!”
