Welcome to this groovy 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath cottage where nostalgia meets modern comfort! Step into a time capsule of the ’70s, where retro vibes create an atmosphere that’s as lively as it is cozy.

As you enter, you’ll be greeted by the kaleidoscope of colors that adorn each room, along with an amazing collection of memorabilia at every turn. The sunny front enclosed porch is perfect for lounging the day away and provides additional sleeping space for larger groups. The open living and dining area is a feast for the eyes, with eclectic furnishings and design that transport you straight into the past. Window a/c unit is located in the living/dining area as well.

The kitchen is comfortably equipped with everything you need for a lazy brunch or fab feast. A half bath and laundry are also conveniently located on this floor.

The three upper-level bedrooms are each a unique retreat. Vintage patterns and décor create a vibrant but restful environment. Sleep like a flower child in our comfortable beds, surrounded by the unmistakable style of the ’70s. The full bath on the level features an orange clawfoot tub!

Two upper-level decks create outdoor space for morning coffee or catching some rays and resting up for the day ahead while enjoying the views. One of the best highlights of the cottage is the tiki bar, a perfect spot to mix up your favorite cocktails and unwind with friends or family. Sip on a Mai Tai or Pina Colada surrounded by bamboo accents and tropical prints – you’ll feel like you’ve stepped onto the set of a classic beach movie. Spacious decks provide all you need for a BBQ with a stainless gas grille and dining area under the party lights. The outside shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Step down from the deck into the private backyard oasis where a fire pit and porch swing await surrounded by the wooded lot.

The driveway has parking for three vehicles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours emergency maintenance services.
