Two bedrooms are located adjacent to a full bath – one with a queen bed and the next with 2 twins. A recently updated wing leads to a spacious primary suite with a queen bed and private bath with soaking tub , beautiful tile and walk in shower and is truly a restful retreat. The private gardens and beautiful yard can be accessed by two separate openings. Step into a lush paradise right outside, perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying an al fresco dinner surrounded by nature’s beauty . CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours emergency maintenance services.
