Trillium Ridge

Welcome to our home, located in Trillium Shores and nestled along Lake Michigan’s shoreline and Pigeon Lake. The house is ideally located as it is surrounded by trees and only a short walk (5 min) to stairs providing lake/beach access. The living area offers seasonal Lake Michigan views from both inside and out. Dogs are welcome! If the check-in dates and duration of the reservation does not meet your needs, feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodate.

The house features an open concept living plan with hardwood floors, mosaic floor entry, and an expansive covered and screened-in porch with 18 ft plaza doors that retract into walls further expanding the living area into the outside space. The kitchen is fully equipped with cherry cabinets, granite counters, an island, and stainless steel appliances. On the entry-level, the lower level, you will find a large open area with two queen size beds, a full ADA-accessible bathroom (shower), laundry, and access to the garage. On the main level, the upper level, you will also find 2 bedrooms (each with queen-sized beds) and a full bath (double vanity and bathtub with 2 showerheads). The main bedroom also offers its own private deck.

Dogs are welcome! We are a dog family and always travel with our pets. Therefore, we have opened our home to your pet. Please note that we do not allow more than two dogs to stay at a time, and dogs should be well-behaved and supervised. Please do not leave your pet unattended in our home if they are likely to cause damage. No dogs are allowed on our furniture or the beds. Please note that our association requires dogs to be on a leash at all times. Fines may be imposed for extra cleaning, damage, or by the association if tenants do not follow association rules.

You will be provided with information on how to access the home shortly before arriving. The house is equipped with SmartLocks and you will be given a key code to enter. There is a one-car garage and the driveway has two parking spots. Please do not park on the grassy area behind the house as that is where the septic is located.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
– 100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
– 50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
– No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy. Please note that guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking.
